How We Work With Families
Before any program begins, we hold a brief conversation with each participating family to understand their starting point — how much has been recorded, where documents currently live, what conversations have already taken place, and where the gaps feel largest. This shapes which program we suggest and how each session is structured.
All programs are built on a foundation of neutral facilitation: we do not guide families toward particular outcomes. Our role is to provide structure, relevant education, and a calm space for conversation. We work at each family's pace and do not introduce pressure of any kind.
1. Initial Conversation
We discuss your family's situation and identify the most suitable program.
2. Program Session(s)
We conduct the workshop or service at a time that suits your family.
3. Handover & Follow-up
You receive all materials and have access to follow-up support as included in your program.
Program 1
Story & Memory Workshop
A gentle group workshop guiding families to record their own history through prompts and simple capture methods. Suited to those preserving memories for future generations. Includes prompt cards, a recording guide, and a keepsake template. This is a memory and education service only.

A guided administrative service helping families organise their own important records using clear templates and a simple system. Ideal for those wanting tidy, findable documents. Includes template packs, a working session, and an upkeep checklist. The service organises your own materials only.

Family Conversation & Literacy Program
An educational program explaining general succession and record-keeping concepts in plain language, with neutral facilitation skills to support calm family conversations. Aimed at families planning respectfully together. Includes a workbook, facilitation guides, and ongoing group access. Content is educational and facilitative only.
